$300,000-$700,000
1-2BR condo apartments in giant new development
Having taken stock of the higher end of the Miami real estate market as late, today our eye turns to pied-a-terres that might prove friendlier to the wallet. Above, it's the exterior of Midtown 4, the latest part of the massive Midtown Miami development that's been growing, tower by tower, since early this decade. Though prices here have run the gamut from $200k to $2 million, there's a decent selection of two-bedrooms available in the $300k to $700k pricerange, for the Miami visitor who decides they want to stick around a bit longer. One touch of home for New Yorkers: the developer describes the look as "reminiscent of New York's SoHo district with a Miami twist."
As part of our partnership with Fontainebleau, we're helping them give away a four-day, three-night trip for two to the winner's choice of Fontainebleau Miami Beach or Fontainebleau Las Vegas.
