Curbed Poll: Midcentury Home in Hollywood Hills

New, 36 comments

This three-bedroom, two-bath house in the Hollywood Hills was built in 1963 by architect Robert Lee (we're not familiar with him, so if you are, drop some knowledge in the comments). According to the listing, the house features "cutting edge classic modernity & style mixed with sheets of glass, tongue-in-groove redwood & steel accents." The house has a "floating split level design" and a pretty sweet pool and firepit. Currently owned by a soap opera producer, the home was last sold in November 2002 for $665,000. Today's asking price: $1.267 million. Listing is here.
