It also claims there' a view of the Capitol Records building from the rear balcony, but we don't see it in the pictures. This unit is an upper penthouse with a separate private entrance and "is super clean." Is domestic hygiene now a major selling point? The condo was last sold in Oct 2007 for $757,500.
