According to the listing, this four-bedroom, three-bath is "an artful, modern reworking of a 1920's Spanish." The house, which is 1,794 square feet, is walking distance to Sunset Junction so you're just a quick walk to upscale cheese, coffee and gelato. The last sale price for the house was $655,000 in June 2007. Today's asking price: $979,000 or $546 a square foot. Listing is here and here.
