Uh, so who actually owns the condo development in Alhambra that went up in flames on Tuesday night? Yesterday, we wrote that it belongs to a company called J & L Holdings LLC. From today's Pasadena Star-News: "J&L Holdings Llc, also of Arcadia, is listed in a building permit as the owner of the structure. Sunny Chiang, a representative from J&L, said her company sold the project to a new owner over a year ago. Chiang said she did not know who that owner was and that the manager of J&L, who would know, is overseas." Previous coverage is here. [Pasadena Star-News]
