Celebrity Real Estate Wrap: Peter Wingfield, Neda Mashouf, George Clooney, Timothy Busfield

New, 2 comments

Overall, a terribly dull week for real estate gossip in LA. Actor Peter Wingfield, who appeared in the "Highlander" films, as well as the television series of the same name, has chopped the price of his Studio City home to $2.699 million (from $2.995 million). More via the Times about the six-bedroom home: "The house has an office with a separate entrance, and a maid's room with full bath. The media, living and dining rooms are defined by German NanaWall doors -- glass folding doors -- and the kitchen has a gourmet cooking island and stainless steel appliances...The landscaped grounds include a saltwater pool and spa." Former vice chairman of clothing chain Bebe, Neda Mashouf (who was also married to the founder of the company), has listed her five-bedroom in Beverly Hills for $4.7 million. [Big Time Listings]

There's a rumor that actor George Clooney, who currently lives in a home in Studio City, may be looking for a new home--and one that is close to the ocean. [Real Estalker]

Former "Studio 60 on the Sunset Strip" and "West Wing" actor Timothy Busfield has listed his Malibu home for $1.995 million. According to Big Time Listings, Busfield purchased the house in 2003 for $1.2 million. [LA Times]
