A reader wants to know why one end of Culver City is experiencing urban blight and the other thrives? "I noticed that some others have posted questions on your site regarding empty lots in L.A. County. Why are there so many empty lots on he west end on Washington Blvd. in Culver City. I have lived two blocks north of the C.C./L.A. (Mar Vista) border, for the last 25 years, and am so tired of seeing how blighted Washington Blvd has become! Many of these lots have been empty for years!! You don't see this on the east end of Culver City. WHAT is going on???"
