The LA Times reports that a Superior Court judge has upheld a 2007 City Council ruling that stated that Playa Vista developers aren't required to do additional environmental review report on area underwater ground systems. Back in 2001, environmentalists sued, stating such a report was needed following the installations of new methane mitigation systems at the development. [LA Times; link not immediately available]
