Residents of Mar Vista Gardens still aren't getting their mail, reports the Argonaut. A Monday meeting that was supposed to hash out things between residents and elected officials was postponed, and the latest plan by US Postal Service--that would put the mail at "clusters of mailboxes at various locations within the complex"--is being rejected by City Councilman Bill Rosendahl, who insists mail should delivered to people's homes. After a fatal shooting in September, the U.S. Postal Service has refused to deliver mail to the complex out of concerns for mail carriers' safety. Previous story. [The Argonaut]
