Yesterday, Measure H, which would bring a new Waldorf Astoria, a renovated Hilton hotel, and new condos to Wilshire and Santa Monica Boulevard in Beverly Hills, pulled ahead by 16 votes after initially trailing on voting day. Counting of absentee and provisional votes will continue; the official results for Measure H will be certified on December 2nd (the final results could come in before then). But when those final results are announced, it's very likely that given the closeness of the race one side will demand a recount.
