The OG of HPOZ's (Historic Preservation Overlay Zones) has another great Victorian newly listed on the MLS. Historic Cultural Monument #73, the Innes House, has hit the MLS but the listing is perplexing. The listing fails to mention the house is known in that alternate reality we call television as Halliwell Manor, aka the house from Charmed, aka la casa de embrujadas. However, even stranger than failing to mention a Hollywood connection, is the price for this five-bedroom, one-bath (!) almost 3,000 square foot 1903 Victorian. Listing price: $80,000. We suspect it's a typo. (Area homes are selling for around $800,000-$900,000, according to Redfin's data.) If only the housing market worked the same way that the airline industry does--then they'd honor the typo.
