In the future, California's greenhouse gases will need to be trimmed, hemmed, shrunk and squeezed as the State issued its "final draft of an economywide plan to slash the state's greenhouse gas emissions to 1990 levels." Margot Roosevelt of the LA Times reports that the new plan which has received praise and scorn from all sides will be implemented over the next 12 years, and will lead to a boom in green jobs or lead to a boom in your electricity and gas bills, depending on who you believe.
