Venice isn't the only neighborhood with wacky residents beautifying their environs by gluing stuff on to other stuff. Blackburn & Sweetzer noticed a parking meter on Melrose west of Fairfax sporting a blinged out grill. You ain't hard, Venice. Not until you can come up with a few of your own rhinestone parking meters. Meanwhile, the dreaded Silver Lake parking meters are on their way, if not here already.
