[Koning Eizenberg Architecture]
Here are the dashed hopes and dreams of the Arts District aka more renderings of AMP Lofts, the project that Councilman Jose Huizar wants to see approved in spite of the recent city planning decision to nix future development in the area. Project architects Koning Eizenberg, who obviously would like to build their project, forwarded us these more recent renderings. That last rendering shows other residential/loft projects surrounding the project. Some, including Barker Block, Molino, 2121,Toy Factory and Biscuit Lofts, are built, while others are entitled. Don't be swayed by all that color!
