New, 5 comments

.) "American Idol" creator Simon Fuller has listed his three-bedroom, Mark Schomisch-designed home (pictured above, images via Real Estalker), in the famous bird streets for $8.5 million. The home is near songwriter Diane Warren's home (which she purchased from David Geffen in 1995 and which is said to have the best views in all the hills, reports Real Estalker). More of Simon's impressive home (but those aren't his decorations, people) after the jump. [Real Estalker]

.) Moving on up, the host of E!’s “The Soup,” Joel McHale, has paid $1.88 million for a four-bedroom house in the Oaks area of Los Feliz while also listing his Glendale home for $815,000. [Big Time Listings]

.) Big Time Listings digs up the sale price of a recent Jack Black transaction: The actor sold his 2,694-square-foot house in the Beachwood Canyon area for $1.462 million. The online listing is still up here. Originally, the home was listed at $1,699 million. According to Big Time Listings, Black lives in a home in Beverly Hills, which he purchased in 2005 for $3 million. [Big Time Listings]

.) And this is why divorce is costly: Mrs. Linda Bollea aka Mrs. Hogan, who is separated from her husband, Hulk, is renting a Little Holmby Hills home that was listed as a $18,000/month rental. [Real Estalker]
