I'm searching for a place to hold a party with a capacity of 250-400 people, I want it to be at a warehouse or sound stage, just a big room....Downtown and Hollywood are too far for my audience, so I kind of want to keep it somewhere around Westchester, Marina/Playa, Culver City, Santa Monica, Venice, Mar Vista, Ladera Heights, El Segundo, you know around there......any ideas?"
