Well, hello you. A new rendering for Kor's 850 S. Hill St. development in downtown has cropped up, reports Angelenic. What it is: A 158-unit condominium building with 4,880-square feet of retail space and 245 parking spaces planned for the northeast corner of 9th and Hill. But according to the web site for the Environmental Planning Associates, the building will have 167 units, so we're not sure what the deal is. Angelenic notes the building has been in the works since 1996 2006, but questions the status of the project given market conditions. Hmmm. Meanwhile, the EPA site has filed the rendering under the header: "Recent Project: 850 S. Hill Street."
