There are also furnished units for $8,000 and up. Crushingly, the building has no pool. But perks, you ask? Under the VIP service, you'll get offers such as this: "Jose Eber Salon invites residents to have the legendary Jose Eber give them a personal consultation at no charge (a value of $350.)"
