Among the finalists in Multi-Housing News' 2007 Design Excellence Awards is Hollywood's Triangle Square, "the nation's first, affordable, multicultural housing development supporting the needs of Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual and Transgender (GLBT) elders." Other Los Angeles nominees include Skid Row Housing/Rainbow Apartments, Eleven and perennial Curbed LA fave Eastern Columbia. Still, we'd root for the Ivar Avenue elder-gays during today's awards at the Multi-Housing World conference in Florida.
