Nothing like a shuttered Italian restaurant to bring out the aerosol cans--poor Roman's. Related: San Fernando is considering penalizing property owners who leave graffiti up on their buildings, notes the Daily News. And did you know? A new California state law "allows for officials to delay the issuance of a driver's license to someone convicted of graffiti vandalism."
