Nothing like a shuttered Italian restaurant to bring out the aerosol cans--poor Roman's. This restaurant is in a section of Hollywood (7373 Sunset, to be exact) we're not entirely familiar with, but we did notice an abundance of non-wanted items strewn in the side streets off Sunset (for example, a couch was neatly positioned in a parking space). Related: San Fernando is considering penalizing property owners who leave graffiti up on their buildings, notes the Daily News. And did you know? A new California state law "allows for officials to delay the issuance of a driver's license to someone convicted of graffiti vandalism."
