The chatter that David Geffen is going to list his 9.4-acre Beverly Hills estate for $100 million is just that, but Real Estalker believes the mogul may indeed put his Angelo Drive home--which he bought for $47.5 million in 1990--on the market.
Having recently sold their Hollywood Hills home, Tobey Maguire and Jennifer Meyer dropped $11 million for a six-bedroom Hancock Park home. The estate features a two-bedroom staff apartment, swimming pool, tennis court, gym, and a 12,000-bottle wine cellar (odd: doesn't Maguire famously not drink?).

Actor Cliff Robertson's former beachfront estate in La Jolla was recently reduced to $22.5 million.The seller: real estate developer Ronald Baldwin, who bought the home from Robertson in 2005 for $14.5 million. The home is also Luxist.com's estate of the day.
