Last time we mentioned Doheny and 3rd Street, it was in reference to the possible Subway to the Sea line stop; today, we spotted this (perhaps former residential) building shrink-wrapped in scaffolding. No clue what's planned, but maybe our Beverly Hills readers can drop us a hint.
