On Wednesday morning, CNBC's financial nutball Jim Cramer went on the "Today" show and announced: “ Don’t you buy now. Don’t you dare buy a home now. You will lose money.” As blog LA LA Land points out, Cramer famously had the prescience to publicly tell the Fed to cut interest rates; a few weeks later, they did, leading to a defining moment in the market, and lots of attention for Crazy Cramer. This morning, Cramer returned to "Today" to argue with reps from the National Association of Realtors, who would obviously like to see Cramer hog-tied and muzzled. Anyone catch this morning's show? Closer to home, more bad news: local builder KB Homes just reported its third quarterly loss.
