Celebrity Real Estate Wrap: Nic Lists Bel-Air Home

1) Castle lovin' Nic Cage has listed his Bel-Air home for $35 million. The 11,817- square-foot-home, which was previously owned by Dean Martin and Tom Jones, respectively, has nine bedrooms, nine bathrooms, an Olympic size pool, and a circular driveway with fountain, but sadly, there's no tennis court. Cage, who is married to Alice Kim, the luckiest waitress ever, bought the home in 1998 for an estimated $7 million. [Real Estalker]

2) Actress Denise Richards has purchased a five-bedroom, five bathroom home in Hidden Hills for $4.6 million. The home is on nearly 1.2 acres and has a pool. Also buying in Hidden Hills: Singer Melissa Etheridge just paid $5.1 million for a five-bedroom home on 1.4 acres. 3) Shaggy-haired, chesty model Rachel Hunter and her puck-playing boyfriend Jarret Stoll have paid $3.645 million for a four-bedroom home in Hermosa Beach. Hunter also has a five-bedroom house on Crescent Heights Drive, which is listed for $2.999 million. [Big Time Listings]
