As we mentioned earlier, tomorrow is Park[ing] Day in LA. Teams of people will be taking over regular parking spots and commandeering them for purposes of creating urban oases in our green-space deficient city. As with everything, the Park[ing] people have a Google Maps mash-up so you can locate these new parks. For instance, the kids from UCLA Urban Planning will take over a spot at the Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf.
