More info on this morning's post about the yellow rooftop construction at 810 S. Spring Street. Here are renderings from David Lawrence Gray Architects; according to their web site, there'll be 3 penthouse units with private roof access. And the Downtown News reports that there'll be a total of "93 units that'll range from 650 to 1,700 square feet." Also, we just went drove downtown and checked out the building ourselves: lots of scaffolding up on the sides of the building. Also, some big movie/tv/ad? shoot nuttiness across the street.
