More prefab sightings! Office of Mobile Design, the Venice-based architecture firm specializing in prefab, is putting up this 2,300-square foot, three-bedroom home in Santa Monica. The project, located west of Lincoln, is a modular home located on a very small site: 25' by 100' lot, and uses sustainable elements, like bamboo flooring, and native plants for low water usage. Green and tidy!
