A reader alerted us earlier this week that luxury apartment project Blü, was in the early stages of unwrapping. We sent Curbed intern Flossie to Beverly Hills to investigate and snap some pictures. Flossie never disappoints. Blü, the white building with blue glass behind the Mobil gas station, features 37 high end residences on 11 floors, starting at $4,000/monthly. It's for rich people.
