Scary headlines--like the ones about the sub-prime mortgage mess--are invariably followed by a rush of press releases from real estate agents, press releases that are meant to offer soothing words, but somehow just cause more anxiety. And today, Curbed's favorite photoshopped agent Connie De Groot offers advice; actually, she just wants everyone to chill out. But yes, she acknowledges, buyers may be more demanding in this tight market.
