As we noted yesterday, 11.9 acres of Hollywood Hills land are being auctioned off this November. Having consulted with Khatri International, a Pasadena-based engineering firm, the mystery sellers are suggesting one 30,000-square-foot house or nine smaller homes are built on the property. And here's Khatri's suggested rendering for the 30,000-square-foot home, a grand estate with what look to be a helicopter landing pad on the roof. Not really digging this design, we can only hope land baron Nic Cage buys up all the property, throws up a castle, and calls it a day.
