Today, the LA Times had a story about the changing face of Silver Lake and metered parking and how all the hipsters are rolling into fetal positions at the thought of fitting quarters into the pockets of their skinny jeans. Silver Lake, and specifically Sunset Junction, continues on the path to yuppie gentrification. The property occupied by home furnishings store Bungalow is now on the market for a tasty sum of $2.05 million. The LoopNet listing hints at the development possibility of the site:
