In an attempt to cover more new residential construction in Santa Monica, we offer up a confusing collage of wood aka the forthcoming Pacific Street @ Ocean Park Townhomes at 126 Pacific Street (at Neilson). Which the official web site describes as "five new upscale townhomes only one short block from the warm sunny beaches of Santa Monica." Warm and sunny will cost you $1.55 million (for about 1,395 square feet), but buyers get "interior and exterior European design." So there's that. Not-so-great renderings after the jump.
