On November 17th, an auction will be held to hawk off 11.9 acres of Hollywood Hills land (pictured above). Via the release: "The property is situated off Laurel Canyon Boulevard, across from the historic Canyon Country Store - where musicians like Jim Morrison, Frank Zappa and Joni Mitchell are known to have held impromptu gigs back in the '60s." But what to do with the land? The auctioneers have done their homework and recommend that either one 30,000 square foot home or nine 10,000 square foot homes are built. Oh, decisions, decisions. And start saving your lunch money: a $100,000 deposit is required to participate in the auction.
UPDATE, 12:19 PM: We look at a suggested rendering for the land.
