Curbed LA PriceSpotter Big Reveal

Thank you to those of you participating in this week's game. We gave you a property that sold, and you tried to give us what you thought it sold for. Now, the answer to last Friday's Hillside Views...

SALE Price: $1,550,000
Listing: Sold on February 21, 2007, this home located up a hill, just north of Franklin Avenue on Gramercy Place features a wine cellar, lush grounds, gated entry, high beam ceilings, and views of the ocean and city. Via the comments, it will also require some renovations. Some of you associated that view with a very high price, apparently, thus upping your guesses. The home was offered at $1.595 million.

Congrats to frequent guesser PlanDan for coming within $30k of the actual sale price. You're our hero for the week. For the most part, all of you guessed way too high. There must be a lot of realtors in the audience.
