Trailer plus balloons plus free cookies can only mean one thing: Sales are on at Fuller Lofts in Lincoln Heights. The office opened up over the weekend; we're pretty curious to see who is going to buy. According to the web site's FAQ page (which may be outdated), the building's 104 units range from 650 sq-2,650 sq. ft. (yeah, the sign right there says 2,690 sq. ft.) and "prices are anticipated to start in the high $200,000s." The web site also notes construction is expected to be done by the end of the year.
UPDATE:, 1:13 PM From a comment below: "Went by on the weekend, prices range from mid-300s to high 400s. Some units are "income-restricted", for those who make less than $84K per year..."
