Score one for us childless, bitter adults. The freeloading kids and their precious Children's Museum should not receive another cent of our hard earned adult dollars, says City Auditor Laura Chick. The Times reports that Ms. Chick, hero to the full-growns, has issued a scathing audit of the Valley museum which is currently under construction. The audit states that the $20 million spent so far will only complete the outer shell of the structure, while an additional $22 million is needed to complete the inside. The museum will also require an annual budget of $4.5 million for programming, but it is unclear whether the museum will be able to raise that kind of money. Architecture firm AGPS has several photos of the museum under development on their web site.
