We can smell the freshly folded J. Crew sweaters as we type. Reader and flickr user crimsongraycoug lets us know that he has uploaded pics of the continuing construction at Americana at Brand. Of note, he notes, is the slowly evolving residential portion of the development: "As you can see the condos and apartments above the stores are looking real good. I heard the Americana will be opening on time in April 2008."
