The Echo Park Historical Society's blog notes the Ross House, one of the neighborhood's "most significant residential homes," is on the market for $859,000. The home, located at 2123 Valentine St., was designed by modernist architect Rafael Soriano and built in 1938. Later, movie director Albert Nozaki lived in the home, reports the blog.
