Where's that Wilshire development that's gonna make the area even more happy feet and urban? The web site says June 2007 completion, but now we hear the Gardens at Wilshire Center will be finished next year. Past due date aside, the site talks up the "studio, one, and two bedroom apartments ranging from 505 to 1,328 square feet." And there'll be 7,500 square feet of retail space for some lucky tenant(s), oh shivers.
