Concerto Update: More Dirt on the Move

A reader with a bird's eye view, who may in fact be a pigeon, emails us with pictures of dirt being moved around the hole that one day promises to produce at least one tower of the Concerto project. Via our email: "Work appears to be up and running again on the Concerto site. Surveyors and guys in fancy cars have been checking out the site and doing some prep work for the past several weeks. New equipment has arrived and chalk lines are being drawn on the ground (for foundation footings?). Looks like this project may have a second life. The contractor is re-installing its signs." This project has been on and off life-support repeatedly, with rumors of its demise, reduction and finally its two-tower rebirth hitting our inbox on a quarterly basis. We hope this isn't more false hope.
