Here's Your Walgreens, WeHo

Everything is coming up roses for the Walgreens At Crescent project, a mixed-use development designed by local architect Lorcan O’Herlihy. After some hemming and hawing by area residents, developers came back with the final plans: 15,000 square feet of retail, 28 apartment units and approximately 123 parking spaces. Also, some green: "In a novel twist, the tops of the apartments will sport four large billboard-shaped and sized topiary and steel statues." More Crayola-style renderings inside the story.

UPDATE: LOHA has the full size renderings available on their site, under mixed use projects: SMB28.
