BEVERLYGROVE - We finally get word that the second Taschen store will open on Monday at the 3rd Street Farmer's Market. A few more details: Philippe Starck is designing the 550 sq ft store in the Clock Tower and will feature "bookcases in Asian mahogany with brass shelves and engravings, tables trimmed in a bronze wave-like design, wood floors, and white curtains." You can get your copy of That's 'Slut' with a capital 'S' in just a few days. [CurbedWire Inbox]

BEVERLYGROVE - More retail opening on 3rd Street. Blackburn and Sweetzer reports that Pixie Market opened last week. The store is apparently stocked with lots and lots of dresses from all over the world, including the UK, Australia, France, Japan and Thailand, with most costing less than $200. WEST HOLLYWOOD - An update on the new Moss store slated to open in LA. According to Interior Design, the store will open on August 3rd at 8444 Melrose Ave around the corner from the Pacific Design Center (or more precisely 4 blocks away, according to one of our eagle-eyed readers). And the store is opening BIG: "To celebrate the opening, a Swarovski Crystal Palace installation of eighteen 8-foot high Vertical Glitterbox chandeliers by Georg Baldele has been erected, surrounding a 1938 Steinway Baby Grand fire-sculpted by Maarten Baas."
