According to Westside Rental's press release, the average listed rent price was $2,483.80 in May 2007, a 3.3% increase over two months ago. According to their data, there was a shift toward more multi-bedroom houses and apartments listed for rent and the largest rent increases occurred in Beverly Hills (34.3%) and Cheviot Hills (21.4%). Rent prices decreased in Century City by 30.9% , Beverlywood (16.6% ) and Bel Air (12.8%). (Don't the rents of huge estates throw off the figures for apartment rents? Need explainer, Westside.) But we did understand the corrected errors section--that was funny.
