Tomorrow is the day when wonky-eyed Paris Hilton is released from the big house and madness returns to the streets of Hollywood. In anticipation of the crush of paparazzi, well-wishers and societal rubbish congregating onto narrow Kings Road tomorrow, Curbed LA's Patron Saint Jack Weiss has introduced a motion to unclog the streets, keep traffic moving and keep the helicopters from buzzing innocent bystanders. A motion introduced on June 20th instructs tow-trucks to be at the ready to remove paparazzi-mobiles and for the LAPD "to employ appropriate crowd control measures". We're sensing imminent skull cracking.
