Tsk, tsk. This just isn't going to work, is it? We gave you a house that sold and asked you for the price it sold for. Some of you guessed, some of you argued, the rest of you knew the answer. We're going back to asking for the listing price because it's not possible without a lot of work to get exterior and interior pics of sold homes. Maybe we'll do something else to make it harder. Sorry.
Sale Price: $1,575,000

As was mentioned in the comments, the home sold in late 2006, and was designed by Roland Hill, the architect who designed Sleeping Beauty's Castle at Disneyland. It's a lovely property that actually sold below the asking price of $1,649,000. The outliers for this week's guesses were at $2.1 million (high) and $899,000 (low). The winner was commenter paid too much. Take your pat on the back, and go.
