So the above Echo Park home on 1514 Morton Terrace sold for $695,000 about six months ago. It was built and then sold, not a common thing in Echo Park. Or so we are told. Now the home's builder and designer, Judson Williams (himself an Echo Park resident) is doing a second spec home just two blocks down on Morton Terrace. This one will be done in a Zen Modern-style, he tells us, and be listed for about $800,000. Zut alors! $800,000 in Echo Park! Still, it is close to the park and will have a small guest house in the back and a very fancy roof deck. Moving on up in Echo Park, indeed.
