More news on LA Live! The groundbreaking for the hotel/condominium tower takes place today. The 2 million sq foot site will contain the Ritz-Carlton Residences as well as the JW Marriott and The Ritz-Carlton hotel. We're sort of taken with the renderings - that is one good-looking glass tower. Also to be announced today, although its been in the press for a number of weeks, KB Home is out and Macfarlane Partners LLC is in. The building is scheduled for completion sometime in 2010.
