The shiny new LA Times real estate blog points us to a bilingual web site showing an Interactive Heatmap Housing Over/Under-Valuation. Despite reading the English version, we can only deduce Los Angeles is sunburned and apparently our real estate is 51.5% overvalued. If this really turns out to be a map showing the "Highest radiation levels in US" or the "Biggest concentration of elderly drivers," we really wouldn't be surprised.
Update: Loyal Curbed reader Dave looked at the data on his web site, too.
