Con Howe Finds New Job

The much beloved, heh, former Director of Planning for the City of LA, Con Howe, has a new job with CityView, the Santa Monica based housing investment company. The press release thing says Con will assume the role of Managing Director of the CityView Los Angeles Fund, which is supposed to fund the creation of the market-rate workforce housing for poor people who work, like us. Can we just request a check and agree to move to Des Moines? Seriously. Among the infill projects which count CityView as a partner, are Olive Hill (in development??) in Downtown LA and Glenoaks (in development??) in Sun Valley. We wish Con all the best, don't you City Planners?
