According to the Pasadena Star-News, there are plenty of problems behind the proposed development on 2.2 acres of Fair Oaks Avenue, a project that has been in the works for 10 years. Exclusive negotiations with The Bakewell Company haven't been reached, while Monday's meeting had city council people and Mayor Bill Bogaard asking quite a number of hard questions about the development's approval process. But, uhm, what exactly will the development be?
